All in Dessert

Cashew Yogurt

Making your own creamy, vanilla cashew yogurt is worth it just for the money you'll save. This yogurt has healthy probiotics, can be used as a yummy dessert with honey and cacao powder, or with our Granola recipe for breakfast. It is super easy to whip up a batch too - just remember to allow time for the cashews to soak!

Chia Chocolate Mousse

This chocolate mousse is so healthy you may even want to start you day with it! This mousse is not overly sweet, but creamy, decadent and satisfying. Plus, a hint of cinnamon! This mousse keeps well for up to three days in the fridge - we love switching up the toppings to change the texture and flavor!

Chia Seed Pudding

Breakfast options can be limited sometimes for gluten, dairy, or egg intolerances which is why we came up with this awesome recipe. It makes for a great substitute to oatmeal for a hearty morning meal, or with some extra honey or berries can make a wonderful dessert. You can also add any spices to this that sound good - we used cinnamon in this recipe but nutmeg is another great option!

Spring Mango Rice Nests

This dessert is easy to make but you'll need to plan ahead to allow time for the rice to soak overnight. So worth it -- it's delicious! We were inspired to re-create this after having a similar sticky rice desert the Three Seasons; a Vietnamese Restaurant in the South Bay. Plus, spring time means you'll find piles of mangos in most grocery stores this time of year!

Pumpkin Scones

Fill your kitchen with the aroma of cinnamon and cloves with these delicious pumpkin scones for breakfast or afternoon tea. Roasting fresh pumpkin is a lot easier than you think and delicious in this recipe. You can use any leftover pumpkin for a wonder fall soup base, scoop into a smoothie or add to a hot bowl of oatmeal. You can also substitute organic, canned pumpkin if you are short on time.
