Sweet Potato Frittata

Breakfast, lunch or dinner - we've got you covered with this Sweet Potato Frittata. This recipe is also very versatile. Starting with the sweet potato and onion as a base, try swapping in other favorite seasonal vegetables to go with it, such as broccoli, kale, arugula, asparagus, mushrooms, etc.

Kimchi Fried Rice

We got inspired to make this dish after eating at Jong Ga House; a delicious Korean BBQ restaurant in the heart of Oakland, CA. We ordered this dish and were mesmerized by the crispy rice, and the spicy kick of the kimchi. We were craving it so badly the next week that we immediately got to work trying to re-create it. While we likely won't ever rival the original, we think we came pretty darn close. 

Add in a healthy dose of protein and sautéed greens on the side for an excellent main dish.

Tahoe Chicken

We learned this method of cooking delicious chicken in a cooking class while on vacation in Tahoe, CA, hence the name, Tahoe Chicken. We added in the veggies to make this a one-skillet meal. Allow the season, and your creativity to mix up your own favorite vegetable selections. You can also cook up the chicken in the same way without the vegetables to have tasty chicken breasts on hand for salads, wraps and other meals.
